So me personally ive never seen this type of option before so my first 10 win run i chose paraham but i am wondering whats in this pack because i really dont need a TE but he would still be a upgrade.

it is 3x 90+ packs atm only containing ZC (only event promo out in S4). Parham is the better choice, can sell for 1.2m. You'd need to hit 3x 93 champs to match the value

So if we go 10-1 or 10-0 twice, does that mean we can do the 3x pack the second go around?
