Do you still get an event token for going 10-0 in the stage 1 h2h event?

I never got mine today, and now it says the only reward is snow. 

Now I don’t know if im going crazy or this was never how you were supposed to get the token?

you should get it no matter what "stage" on the first time through.  if it was your firts time going 10-0 try closing the app and coming back in multiple times

It’s been 8 hours now. I got nothing EA keeps closing my tickets and it seems like they plain don’t care. This truly sucks.

ea help doesnt care, you can open 1000 tickets, based on other boards im on you arent the only person this happened to so they may fix it, but it will be for everyone, ea help isnt going to do anything
