Why is double or nothing good?

Sorry, i just started playing madden 26 last week and I've seen people saying it's a great ability but why?

You don't have to user them! Traditional pass rush is rather weak this year, but DON makes it so the CPU pass rusher gets a "dominant" auto win and generates quick pressure (still RNG but generates more consistent pass rush than no ability).

I get most my pressure from the Edge. My DT's have DON, but I don't see much pressure from them.

ah that makes a lot more sense, i was under the impression that i had to user them for it to work, would you recommend using DON over edge threat?
