Does EA plan TOTW cards in advanced ?

 I was just curious if team of the week cards are made in advance because it seems that they’re always putting out these cards of  teams that have lost and I know my Vikings aren’t that good but they did win this week and was hoping to see something also if I’m not  mistaken Achane has had a fantastic month of November. I think he was the AFC player of the week yet they chose Gibbs. And  Myles Garrett has been incredible and they had chosen Max Crosby as the player of the month so again, I am wondering if these cards are all planned in advance if anyone knows appreciate the info.

I am a firm believer that they just pick whoever they think will sell the most packs.

I mean Myles just got a card so it makes sense y he didn't get it. I thought POTM shoulda been Nashaun Wright and Stafford since they actually won the award

I'm a little bewildered that Tony Pollard didn't get a card given what he did in a rare Titans win. But Dike has been leading the league in all purpose yards and they've ignored him all year. Heaven forbid the fastest Titan player get a card above 75. They're fucking garbage at EA. Titans win they get nothing. They lose they get nothing.

Panthers get a TOTW, its either a LTD or mid AF. But overall with TOTW, I think they look at players that had a great week, then double check to make sure they didnt already just get a card. But since its also EA, they like to troll other teams and when it comes down to it, they have zero ball knowledge.

TOTW has always been a Raiders TT program other that the first year it was introduced. It got really bad a few years ago when the made TOTW into TO "the Historic Week", that year Raiders got nearly 40% of the Champion (or better) cards out of 32 NFL teams. 

Once again the Raiders have the most Champions+ in this years TOTW.  In recent years they give cards to teams with a Loss, that way they can disguise what they are doing. The Max Crosby TOTM card today is just silly, the Raiders had ZERO wins last month (but like I stated EA already establish W or L don't matter anymore). 

Outside of QB and HBs. It is easier to pad stats when trailing or on games that don't matter. That is why Raiders have gotten many Defensive Players, WR, TE. The QB can put big numbers but probably won't be as efficient so Raiders QBs for TOTW is rare.

I wish they made Winning a criteria. Getting tackles on a great team is harder vs a player on a team where the D is always on the field.

Dike is one of the fastest guys in the league. Just bcs you don't know doesn't change it. Plenty of teams that are ass getting players. Raiders have the same record & every promo rains raider cards.

they've done this multiple times in every madden, they combine weeks so that way they overload a week full of the main content around christmas time every cycle.

Dude I kno who Chimere Dike is, but think abt it from EAs perspective, who except for Titans fans are gonna wanna buy a chimere dike card. Their entire goal around these cards is to get ppl to buy packs
