looks like dolphins colors so people are saying they THINK it COULD be Tyreek Hill or Devon Achane. Tyreek would be more likely bc he has a lower ovr card compared to achane

I think he was like "Miami Twinkle" last year. And he has a 91 already while Waddle is still 89. So i'd lean toward it being Waddle.
