Best line backer to use weekly token on?

I need to upgrade from Shazier. Who is the best option to use a token set on? Running a Cowboys tt so I don’t see that being a deciding factor. Any help would be welcome.

get Nick Bolton from the FP, gets a 0 AP bucket, ZC chem, and cowboys chem. best linebacker in the game imo

Just a reminder you can put strong safety’s at any linebacker position. They don’t count towards team chemistry but will still receive the team chem boost. A lot of strong safety’s play way better than linebackers.
