Can you reverse the charges ?

Happened to me twice now, both for buying a card for way under. I spent over 3k on madden 24 and got banned around ring of honour was super pissed, contacted EA Madden and they wouldn't even elaborate why I got banned just saying it happened and there was nothing i could do about it, went on for weeks to no avail. In 25 i spent about the same and got banned in the last few weeks of the year after buying a prime time card for half price, didn't appeal cause the year was alrd over. This year I'm NMS and refuse to buy a player unless its 10% higher or lower than what ever is shown on mut.gg. It's a shame because I've never used  external coin stores, i never sniped set cards to make coin, I never exploited any game mechanics. I've played the game honestly and was willing to pay money for the cards I wanted and i ended up getting banned twice for not even sniping but randomly stumbling across a card for a good deal. I feel you brother, hope you get your account back soon and i hope any EA guys reading this start focusing their attention on actual cheaters instead of paying customers who against all better judgement continue to support you.

100%. I got AH banned last year for putting up a max of a 90 overall for like 100k and that banned me. Like they literally put a limit on how much you can post. It's total bs.

I also got banned back on Nov 18th for coin distribution. I tried appealing twice and was denied. I sent EA legal a certified letter with screen shots of my bids and sales which they received on Monday. I asked to be unbanned and my 8.7 million in coins to be returned or I’m requesting arbitration. All I was doing was flipping 90 MF cards. The issue is EAs faulty system for ban detection.

That was my exact initial reaction, had the REQUEST REFUND button in the PSN app... then decided to at least sleep on it.

Now I'm ready to fight. This is BS. I've played by all the rules, these bots are ridiculous. EA controls min / max price ranges. 😡

Didn't lie... anybody can whip up some ai generated screenshots in less than thirty seconds, it's 2025.  "Proof" my left butt-cheek, you ain't got diddly squat except yer dick in yer hand, chief.  But, please... keep yappin, everyone wants a shot at the champ, eh @tmac1023 ?
