There is one currently in the store for 4,900 snow.  It states that it resets on 1/2/26 so you'll be able to buy a 2nd one.  You can also obtain one by putting all of the stocking stuffers into a set which will then return all of the stocking stuffers back as BND as well as a token.  Those are all the locations I know of currently.
