How do you have fun on this game?

I need to know because I’m so tired of ultimate team being boring as shit and impossible to win it. What do you do to have fun on this game

Stay out of ranked and only play Seasons. Stay out of events (unless there is a college OT event, I usually enjoy those). Build a team of players you like, don't chase Meta or God Squads. Accept some games will just be unenjoyable and quit...if I load in to some team full of every LTD running the same 2 plays on offense I just give them a free win, not worth my time. 

Above all else, just remember it's just a game, there is nothing to be won in real life by winning games in Madden (unless you're trying to be in MCS or something then you just need to spend time on youtube learning the glitch plays).

I'm just waiting for a custom draft mode - even if the rewards stink

I stay away from solo H2H and just play squads with my friends. Can still be frustrating when you get matched up against people that meta blitz or run glitch offensive plays. But I'd say the majority of games are good and there is more fun grinding out a win with your boys than on your own.

Realize that none of it matters and if I lose, I don’t care

Felt the same way coming in to this year but switched to an off meta scheme on O and D and the game has been a lot more fun for me since then.

Build an actual theme for your favorite team and fill it with actual players from that team, and not 32 chem players. Having a lot of fun doing that this year.

I like playing with and against meta, so it’s easy to enjoy. 

If I’m not in the mood for that, I find that franchise/career mode can be fun

ranked is my fun.

Im shooting for top 100 this time. Gonna go on an immaculate grind. Im only 8-0 and these mfs already have like 60 games played lmao.
