I completed the Zero Chill: The Chilliest Time of the Year (CPU) Event, and I was not granted the 88 Ovr Andrew DePaola as the reward. Instead, I received an 83 Ovr Zero Chill card. Does anyone else have the same issue?

I'm staying away from this until there's a known fix. Imagine playing 10 complete games only to have to deal with this crap at the end.

EA Support said it was a known issue and to keep an eye on X for a reply on resolution and make rights.

Thanks I also filed a support case and reported a bug. Not a fun event didn't want to repeat! Quarters a minute longer.

I wasted several hours for no reward. Played halfway through last night and the server  bounced on me and gave me a loss after an hour playing it. Then today wasted 2 more hours completing it for a measly amount of snow. Always losing rewards this year.

Wow, thanks for the heads up and for sparing us wasted effort.  Maybe EA will figure that out, but i have a feeling they're all on break until after Christmas.  Doubt this makes their to-do list, but i'd love to be wrong and have EA do something correct for once.  Highly doubtful.
