Twitch Drop Question

First off if I posted this in the wrong section sorry in advance.

So I watched the eight hour stream six days ago to get the twitch packs and the two eighty four overall players. I have yet to receive those packs even though I did claim each one. However I watched the EA stream and I got that pack. I went in to check if I am linked and I am and then went ahead and unlinked my account and linked it all back up. Still never received anything.  I then seen something where it said something like you have to subscribe / donate to the creator you watched to receive drops. So I am not sure what is going on. Anyone else had this issue or is it a now pay to receive cheap drops?

Twitch drops have been broken for almost 3 weeks. The EA Help chat is useless. Their X account has not addressed it. TJ on GMM has not addressed it. The Madden Direct X account has not addressed it. 

As far as subscribing for drops, that only means if you subscribe, you get the little 7 icon to celebrate Black Ops 7 next to your username.

I did read a forum post on redrum it and someone said to always click the dismiss on the Subscribe to earn drops and if you don't dismiss it and claim your drops you wont receive them. The person said it is a twitch issue and not ea or other game issues. I know I never hit the dismiss button so I can't say for sure if it is a factor or not but it's weird I got all my EA drops from the EA stream only.

I thought I was the only person who wasn't getting Twitch drops. I was hoping that TJ or the devs would gave an update on what they were gonna do about the drop situation

EA is aware and looking into it. If I hear more, I will post about it.

I was getting the regular twitch drops up until that last MCS event. I watched and claimed those drops including the waller and got nothing. Since then i am getting nada not even GMM drops that i was getting regular before. Not to fussed about the twitch packs they are usually just training fodder. But will suck missing out on MCS players like i did with Waller

The Waller seems to have broken many of our accounts

still havent gotten my 2 84+ BND packs from the previous promo. claimed 4 packs yesterday, nothing. claimed a pack tonight, nothing. not giving me a lot of faith for this mark ingram thing or the upcoming MCS stream....

Yeah it needs to be fixed because the next mcs event will be a major issue.

Damn him.

everybody should check their EA-Account. Mine were magically linked to a random account. do the relink of your correct twitch account only with an EA-Advisor.

Same exact issue here.  Wish they put as much effort into fixing issues like this as they do to issues that actually benefit us.

None of my claimed drops have transferred over either. Wasted 2 hours smh
