Why can Larry and Hester easily outrun DBs in All madden h2h but not ranked

I dont get it

They torch 93 speed DBs in the All madden H2H event mode

Yet in ranked, Hester couldnt even outrun Carlton Davis...whos maybe 93 speed boosted in theme team?

I feel like ranked makes the thresholds different and less effective so that the people who buy the fastest players can’t just win off buying players and need to use skill. Not exactly sure tho

Things are zany across the board right now. Pitts was torching my 99 spd Deion tonight and Cooper F’n Kupp was beating every TT/Crystal juiced DB not named Deion in one game. Who knows. I guess all these wacky boosts are having their effects on the game. The unpredictability makes it fun I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
