Read the Madden EULA (End User License Agreement). If you press hard in initiating arbitration, it’s likely EA will overturn your ban and consider the issue resolved before it gets to arbitration. You would have to argue that overturning a ban weeks later is not a full remedy as their wrongful action deprived you of your full rightful use of the game in the interim, and that you still wish to proceed with binding arbitration. Once you’ve proceeded to arbitration, a few options open up. 

After that, no one here knows what will happen. It’s a lengthy, draining process, and I have no knowledge of anyone pushing that far. EA keeps poking bears, and one day they’ll poke the wrong one. I’m not encouraging you to do this for the community. Obtain the resolution that’s right for you.

I have 33 million in MUT 25 coins and another 50 million in cards i could sell eventually.  Thats not even counting my lineup which is 100 million and not for sale.  There is nothing to buy except LTDs which rarely pop up for sale.  I have no youtube affiliation, just an old school sniper from MUT 15-20 days.

Be careful what you sell because you can get banned for selling one single card

Its all from flipping cards.  I havent sold anything that I didnt get from a pack or buy on AH to flip.  There is just nothing to buy now and this site has not helped one bit.  I only do this out of boredom and to keep from going out drinking.  Sometimes I wont even play the game for days I just flip cards on the AH.  It helps keep my mind off the BS sometimes.

I got banned 11 mil taken from flipping then a warning that was 2 days ago then banned today I was flipping raiders cards such bullshit

I was banned last year for flipping cards, and i learned that you had to basically prove they banned YOU specifically.

You have tobprove prejudice against YOU specifically. They will say its their currency, their rules, and their rules find you sre manipulating the market.

I do not agree with it, but I was banned at MF last year the same way not really doing too much "wrong" in the legal sense, but I lost the drive.

I started it up this year again, no ban, but no 1111111 auction 111111 bid scumming from me.

Absolutely crazy, they accused me of the same "coin distribution" a couple/few seasons ago, back to back years. Only managed to get one overturned. I've never found EA no-Help to be particularly helpful. They'll claim to "investigate" yer account, only to ultimately determine no fault of EA.

Fill out your information in the form letter, print that out and drop it at the post office and wait. Hopefully you'll have a response in ~30 days, but doubt it will be quick. Keep your tracking number and receipt. Good luck, my dude. I tried to post the first Deion for 10M last night, guess I dodged a bullet that it didn't sell.
