The only purpose of Turducken was to upgrade the Thanksgiving Day game events on the Calvin Park Feast promo page, which were automatically applied once earned.

Having earned any additional Turducken than what was required to fully max out the Hype meter corresponding to the tier of Thanksgiving Day game event rewards doesn't serve any purpose. So those leftover Turducken will just remain unused in your Wallet.
