I've narrowed it down to 2 theme teams I'm looking into making. I know I could add some better players but my budget is 3 mil.

im slightly bias but ravens does have a ton of budget players (specifically with blitz)

I will say tho, the Ravens WR suck unless u have maxed Kupp, Thornton, Hester, or LTD Maclin so maybe go raiders
