It says “contains 3x 80+ elite or 88+ over blitzs players, 1 golden boltz, and 100 blitz boltz” so it should be guaranteed as it doesn’t say or.

Some YouTubers say you can also get Golden boltz by spending regular boltz but I’ve yet to see how
