37M coins... which TT to choose? (Raiders/49ers/Cowboys)

My team is basically 50 TT raiders right now with all BND players.

But it looks like blitz promo is favoring 49ers a lot too, and cowboys just for the sake of Prime Time. 

What team would you build in my situation?

I may just buy the top100 RG3 next week, but dunno if i want to wait a week.

I would go Falcons if i were you and buy RG3 top hundred 

Gonzalez 91 spd 

and Sanders  93 spd

im actually thinking about trying a Saints theme team later down the line, they got speed for dayz

Falcons is about to insane, Deion, Hester, Tony G, and Kyle Pitts. I'd go 49ers or Falcons, prob Falcons

raiders is still very good. I’m considering losing the +3 speed on raiders (50 TT + Crystals) and doing a 50 raiders, 20 washington with crystals (for sean taylor, deion, haynesworth) or 20 cardinals (NTL, Larry fitz, watt). 

then both teams get plus 2 speed. haven’t decided yet what second team i’ll build, depends if i think ST and deion can hold their own with their base speeds
