Saved it for charvarious today and none of the new autumn classic cards were in there?? Anyone else have the same issue?
The event token only contains event cards, not normal champions.

There is no event champion for Autumn Classic. There is a fantasy pack that gives you a pick of any of the released champs for the promo, but actually only gives you release one cards.
Same thing happened to me. For most feared it absolutely updated and included the newly released players.

I would be as well. The EA help advisor I chatted with said that I got the reward I was supposed to get.

I did the set as well for ward just a few minutes ago, and only got the part 1 as choices.
