Today after I won a game in champ 1 and achieved 3100 ranked points, the banner changed to the top 100 symbol. I'm 44 and 25 so definitely not top 100 on the leaderboards. Has this happened to anyone else and will I get the 92 or 93 FP?

You'll get the champ reward. This visual glitch has been in since top 100 became a thing.
They fixed it middle of last year to where you need to be Top 100 at the end of the season to get the actual top 100 item. If you check the leaderboard you'll see what the minimum value is right now for top 100 to know how far away you may be.
