No twitch drops for me

Tbh, alot of us have contacted EA help reference to it, but at this point i dont know if it will ever be fixed.  Very frustrating situation, and i am surprised it hasnt been made more of a problem on social media, but its not being discussed.  EA says they are aware but I was told that i ma never get my drops that were claimed. I am more concerned now just to get it fixed so i and others can get the more important drops like the players we get from mcs .

There seems to be a significant delay in receiving them in game.  Took about 28 hrs to get my twitch pack from Wednesdays stream, but it came with the one from this mornings stream.  I’ve gotten nothing yet today from the Open Directory drops even though I’ve claimed all but the last BNd

you are indeed 1 of the lucky ones many of us have not got a drop since last Thurs GMM me included and my drops have always come through on time other than the MCS event issue last month but i did the raiders guy a week later but anyways they worked fine up until last Thurs

This is getting ridiculous.  Watched do the full 7 hours Thursday(by watched, I mean had Twitch going on a laptop in the background).  Claimed all 7 packs.  Slowly received 4 Twitch packs over the next 24 hrs.  Still have not received the last twitch pack or the two 84+ packs.  This company needs to  get their act together or they will lose all their “view bots” for zero chill.  No reason to even waste your time having it on in the background if the drops don’t work.  EA/Twitch help are useless, as they either point fingers at it being the others fault, or tell you your account isn’t linked, despite getting drops no problem for 5+ years and also still getting random drops.  Clearly and EA issue…..

I did not bother to try to get the 7 hours of packs, still have gotten nothing for last week and a day. I just cant believe more people arent affected, or they are not saying it on socials.  Interesting problem i am also experiencing is after changing my twitch password when this first started, i now do not get live mobile notifications from twitch.  There has to be something wrong on their side also, just a thought.

Don’t really care about most drops, just worried that we won’t be able to collect all the cards needed to get the 99 OVR at the end of this……

This happened to many during Madden 25 also, issue eventually was resolved on the backend.

got the 5 twitch drop packs but not the 2 84+ BND packs

Exactly my thought also

After talking to Yayhina and Kusher today, EA are still fixing the problem and expect a fix "real soon"

Been another day. Time to bump this back up to the front page. I know EA probably won't see it, but nonetheless--this is ridiculous. Watched every stream, seen proper tracking, claimed the drops since GMM on 11/13. No Twitch packs, no Waller, no 84+ Autumn Classic. No nothing.

Likewise. Never had an issue claiming/receiving drops until the Waller stream. Haven’t gotten any since then.
