To unlock upgrades on old ones, what I would give to unlock upgrades on Shazier, Metcalf, Villanueva and Akhello lol

I meant if you had no intention to use the new program players for example Johnson and Stingley you could use those tokens to unlock new upgrades for an older program card like most feared Shazier to go up to 93 who is currently capped at 89.
