Or would u rather have corner abilities
(Im starting to run 3-3 pinch buck 0 and zone out edge defenders and same thing for mid blitz and sometimes a linebacker)

Is the best mid blitz the one from double mug? Or is it the only one? What is the best stats to look for when mid blitzing a ton with the sublbs? Ty

only one
speed, I just try to get people to come free or have my DoNs create pressure
hell no
DON actually stands for DOes Nothing
Double or nothing benefits from coverage sacks since your using the ability to get pressure from your linemen. Blitz pressure( sending more than 4 from the line) relies on a numbers advantage less so abilities advantage, if your blitzing a lot , your prolly running alot of man and would benefit from those abilities. I run double or nothing on linemen who are always gonna be on the line , and universal coverage x factors(boosts both man and zone)on defensive backs since it can activate from forced incompletions. Best of both worlds. End of the day how does it fit your scheme.

And formation

I run primary Nickel Over Cover 3 in the 4-3 playbook with a Cover 4 shell , Safeties Close and pinch , I put the Strong Safety and the Nickel back in hard Flats , User-ing either one of the two linebackers. You pretty much blanket the Middle and and Flats and leave The Deep zone with the 2cbs and FS ( Cover 3 ). I have ran 4 double or nothings with Defense rally . Right now i am only running 2 double or nothing .1 on my edge with edge eliete and 1 on my DT with intertior threat . Lurk Artist on my Linebacker . 3 univerrsal coverage x factors ( FS , CB1 , SS) . I will throw in the occasional mid blitz cheese out of double mug.
This is a great video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1fzstJ66yw that basically explains the defense i run.
