I have like 140k coins and a 78 ovr team I havent played since like 3 weeks after the game dropped. With my beloved getting a new card I wanna play again. What challenges should I do and is there any strategies to make coins on the auction house? Also does match coverage count as zone bc stingley has way better zone coverage for sum reason.

If you're a grinder like me, I suggest doing the legends, TOTW, and collectors series challenges. They reward players, coins, and tokens for sets of top tier players instantly. All the other stuff you asked about, im not really the right player for that advice.

but like the other guy said, TOTW, Legend, and Collector Series is what you should be doing. also grind the Autumn Classic solos to get XP and tokens for ur pookie. also do team builder solos to get free 87s (including the Texans TB if u go Texans TT)

As far as I know match zone coverages use the "man coverage" stat to determine how well the defender covers the man they are carrying.

You could build 82 team builders and make 4-5k on each one or flip 86s or build 87 TBS by sniping 85s....flipping 86s is prob easiest.
