Can’t get third X-Factor to work

I don’t know why but every time I try to activate my third and sometimes second X-factors it will say that , “ exceeded the maximum of 3 players with X-factors enabled for the defensive cap.” This also happens with my offense as well. I’m not exceeding the cap and the X factor are all zero AP. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Its a glitch where if u take someone out of your lineup (and I think refund an x-factor without deactivating it) itll still think its active. As far as I heard the only way to fix is create a new lineup and rebuild ur team

Assuming you had 3  factors on at one point, all you have to do is remove the player that you deactivated the xfactor from. 

After you remove him from the lineup, activate the 3rd xfactor, then put the player that had it removed back in the lineup.
