All these new cards today will be 20k or less in two months

So its best in my opinion to not worry too much about getting any particular player right now.  Budget beasts are the best route.  Stay a month behind and you cant lose. If you spend money to get future set pieces and quick sells for training I think that is absurd.  Obviously none of these are even close to end game cards so why bother with them and give EA time and money?

I have 15 million coins and the best of every position sitting in my binder from last year. I did what you are referring to, staying a promo behind… hindsight, I made the game harder on myself throughout the year, only to have all that coin just rotting there.. 

This year, I’ve basically had a God Squad since launch, and I’m enjoying the journey much more. To each their own though.

You dont happen to have the Theme Team Surge LTDs do you?  I have been trying to find them.  I have Brady and Sapp, need the rest of them like Gronk at CB and Nelson at FB.  I am staying with Madden 25 for a while.
