How to Report Router Glitcher?

I hate PC players with a passion. I was up 21-12 on this guy, game started lagging and booted me

Usually when someone quits it doesn’t lag that long so I knew something was fishy, especially since the lag lasted a bit after the game bugged out. How do I report him?

Might have been a non nefarious thing with how the servers have been because I’ve been on both sides of this at weird times in the game (sometimes I’m up or down or it’s early or late etc).  Servers are just terrible this year lol

I know this is a thing! It happens to me and it is the worst! The reason I know they are doing it on purpose is that it never happens in my favor

Oh, but it is true also that the servers have been shit - last night was unplayable.

Turn off cross play

As annoying as it is, promise you you’re best just moving on. EA absolutely, 100% positively will not do anything about it.

Nah I know for a fact he did it on purpose, I found his IG and discord from his very distinct name.

I could just tell he was about to lag me out man, when people quit normally it doesn’t take that long!

No but seriously I had to turn it off because I played 2 matches in a row against PC players that were cheating.  One forced a disconnect like you mentioned after he threw a pick 6, the game gace me a loss. The second one did some glitch that froze my corner in place twice in one game for an open TD. My CB literally didn't even move after the snap.

But okay great so im not the only one. Its so obvious man, way different than a regular quit. PC nerds so annoying

Yall sure you aren’t just coping? I have not noticed this and I’ve played a lot. Servers definitely have been trash

If you're worried about folks on PC's being able to more easily read and access tools that can manipulate your own minimally-configured router and cause your router to register to the servers as dropping packets, turning off this feature is the move. Even then, it's likely that a console player with the technical know-how could design their network architecture to be able to read critical details in the data transmissions and shut you down at will if you aren't running the right features on your router to prevent Denial of Service attacks. Ultimately, it's up to EA to review logs to identify potential malicious users whose records show a disproportionately high number of wins on disconnections.

That said, there's a much greater likelihood that EA's servers are a major contributing factor in your disconnections, no matter how suspicious the circumstances surrounding the disconnect. Lag in itself, particularly throughout the match, is an indicator of a poor-quality network connection rather than an indication that the other user is trying to manipulate your network connection.
