This is my first MUT since MUT 16. Can someone explain this promo to me and is it similar to team builders? Thanks in advance

Yes very similar to team builders, however these are all gonna be old players, like legends for a team each team will get their players (at least one) one of if not the best promo in the game for TT. We’re gonna see 32 prob 91 ovr players so market will def crash
