Who knows he might be cracked the highest speed rated TE is Vernon Davis at 89. So he might get good speed and route running. Hoping for 32 team chems be fire as well.

strange gets to 90 with the training upgrade but I see ur point. I'd love him with 32 chems and minimum 88-89 spd
