Mid Blitz hasn't even been as bad this year for the most part. A lot of people don't run it correctly. (A lot of people don't understand blitzing, period. If they blitz all the time, you just have to keep your head up and find the open guy, because he's out there. You'll still take some hits on some super-sheds, but this was worse in past years.)
What still gets me is having to micromanage the solutions to the RPO's, and when you get it right, the targets are breaking so many tackles on Arcade Mode. It's frustrating that stopping fourth-and-short always becomes a coinflip because the CPU-controlled defenders never play certain coverages correctly.
