I won’t call out folks as that is against ToS but there is a particular member of this community that I matched up with tonight that has an absolute god squad, that once you demolish their man blitz they run, they quit..

I only post this because I ran into this individual after playing nothing but man defense 6 games in a row…
Was he a "top 100" player lol
i quit in ranked all the time (well more than you would think) if i make a mistake on O and am not in control of the possessions aka throw a stupid pick or ea decides its my turn to fumble.
it has nothing to do with being better or whatever, its just not worth the time in ranked to play for a comeback if the other guy can beat your d and you are down a possession unless you actually care about your record which is silly

wont have no shame in it either i value my time. Funnily enough when u notice the unfairness and quit the game ususally tries to give u a bad oppnent the next game to even it out so i save a bunch of time and break even usually
I see this a lot.
In contrast, i find the toughest players to play against show man blitz in double mug and make 1000 adjustments pre-snap to turn it into something completely different

totally agree, the randomness of matchmaking is crazy, plus if you quit, you only lose 15 rp and even at 3500 playing someone with an elite badge i just got 34 rp lol

I have no problem with this, I do the same. I also don’t run a cheesy meta scheme though. If you are a whale and run a toxic scheme, and quit at the first sign of playing someone with thumbs, you might should find a different game.

ngl thought it was me for a sec until I saw "god squad". sometimes I js quit bc I dont feel like playing that person
Better players make you better.
I use to leave games when I was getting blown out. Now I stay in them and just try to learn from my mistakes or learn how to beat the coverage I go up against.

No apologies needed. No worries!
It’s funny you bring this up because to me, when I see a Top 100 icon, the expectation is “ah hell, what broke-ass BS am I gonna go up against on this one?” so when I matched up against a Top 100 this week who actually mixed things up on both sides of the ball, not running anything terribly “glitchy”… my thought was “HOW are YOU Top 100?” 😂. It was actually a really pleasant experience that’s few and far between.
Sad that it’s been this way for a while now in that those that seem to find the most success are the ones who have mastered the most exploits/taken advantage of the breakdowns in the way the game is coded ha!

Get over yourself, Bud. People can and will do what they want. And guess what, sometimes people don't have the time to "get good" at the game like you and spend their hard earned money, again imagine this, on what they want. So should they spend their money playing something they enjoy but aren't good, they should be taught a lesson? Look in the mirror, you're a big part of the problem.
