Lineup only let's me add 2 xfactors

It says I have 3 loaded but I only have 2.

I tried restarting game but no luck 

Any advice?

I think it does that when you had a previous 3rd activated, but took them out of the lineup without de-activating him first.. I'd go through and take anyone out of your lineup who you previously had one on, and then re-add them to the lineup.

What Aries wrote above is most likely the culprit. You will have to find the player who had an active XF or try creating a new lineup. It's an annoying bug.

Yeah it's annoying.  I never thought to reset my lineup.  I was emptying the all the roster slots and manually rebuilding whichever side of the ball had the bug.  It works but more time consuming than just creating a new lineup.
