Sometimes when I snap the ball my QB misses it and defense gets free TD

It’s happened on run plays 3 times today. I’ll call hike and the ball will completely morph through my QB and go flying 30 yards and the defense picks it up for easy TD 

C - field pass Creed

QB - king burrow 

RB - Dickerson 

Is this some stupid combo that causes this to happen? Super annoying.

It based on timing (play clock) as to when you snap the ball. EA is aware and looking into it.
