Despite the Crystal boosts...it seems like Mut 26 is going all out on promo theme teams

+1 Strat Boost to all promo players, essentially makes them +1 OVR compared to other programs - Legends, Collectors, etc

Its also very easy to get 20 program chem...as players have +2 or even +3 program chem

.

And now the breakouts is adding discounted abilities

.

Looks like everyone gonna be running a breakout theme team

This has been their philosophy for a few muts now....make zero ap ability/buffed promo tt's that are only good until they expire  next promo with even more op abilities, rinse and repeat.

Last year zerochill was insanely OP with all the temporary boost and zero ap abilities until the new year.

I mean it makes sense from a $$ perspective. You have to motivate people to want the latest cards.
