I'm sure this has been covered somewhere, but I havent been able to find an answer.
I have 2/3 x factors activated on defense. When I try to activate a 3rd one, it pops up with a message "exceeded the maximum of 3 players with x-factors enabled for the defensive lineup."
Offense allows me to do 3/3.
What gives?
Pretty sure there’s been multiple posts on this (but can’t find them) but from what I can remember make sure to refund all the X-Factors you’re not using (including players not in your lineup) and if it still doesn’t work then it’s an EA problem.
Need to create a new lineup using “change active lineup” button. I’ve had it happen multiple times, lineup gets bugged so I make a new one fixed instantly.
Who ever had an x factor on you need to take them out of the lineup completely and then put the new xfactor on the new player and then you can put the player that use to have an X factor back into the lineup. It’s been like this for 2-3 years now. You don’t need to creatr a whole new lineup, although that might work it’s way more work to do all that.
Say you had a xfactor on your hb, qb and wr. You want to change the xfactor from your hb to te, you have to remove your hb from lineup put the xfactor on your te and then after you put the xfactor on your te you put your hb back into your lineup.
