Didn't know there were so many Raiders Fans

All I see online are Raiders TT's. Especially since they're doing so badly, a lot of loyal fans I guess.

MUT seems to have very disloyal fans.  I see people all the time with a Steelers banner and nameplate, but have a TT of all Ravens players.  

People will switch teams to follow the meta and right now Raiders are currently a good TT.  Me personally, I could never have a TT of a team I hate.  I would never allow my team to have Mahomes as a back-up much less a full team made up of Chiefs.

That is a mindset I had when I was younger. 

But now, after years of playing fantasy football and Madden I realize I just love football period and I'm not actually being paid/an owner on any pro team in any sport.

So I will make any theme team I feel like I can have fun with.

cardinals fan here, raiders TT in MUT. If you want to compete at the higher levels, TTs are almost a must… and running TTs with the best players has been the move since they were added into the game a few years ago…

end of year, sure. i always run a strict AZ TT because at that point i don’t care. But between launch and zero chill? you bet i am running the best possible team i can… whether that’s raiders, most feared, zero chill, hybrid 20/20  right now raiders is the hot hand  

fact is, the not all teams in the NFL have had equal quality of players playing for the over the years, if kyler got a new card tomorrow he’d be my QB1 on a raiders TT. I don’t care for a 84 over all OLB from the cardinals who i don’t really care for irl on my team in october

Theres alot of those loyal fans on here you'll upset saying that lol. I get doing a promo theme team.... but doing a NFL team theme team of a team you don't actually root for just because 'hur dur, meta, its impossible to compete without it' is a big yikes.... big time hivemind vibes

Also a Cardinals fan, I guess I always run a strictly Cards theme team because that’s how I have fun, it’s fun adding the newest Cardinals player. I guess I just hate the idea of picking all the best players then getting matched up with someone with the same players.

Great take! Agree. I also find myself wanting to support players whose character is good and are class acts on and off the field.

All I play against is 49ers teams so much so that as a niners fan I can’t even wear my own teams jerseys anymore bcuz it’s game after game same team vs same team if I don’t

Feels like a strawman argument. I don’t think most people playing madden care about the raiders. When is the last time they were worth hating? Lol. I DO think people would refrain from using chiefs unless they were literally the only viable TT. Like rn I still think there are a few you can rock comfortably unless you’re playing absolute most competitive madden.

I’m with you, sticking with my chiefs despite our rivals (raiders) having a team twice as good

It’s a video game kid. It’s not like everyone is going to their teams home game wearing a raiders jersey. Who cares. Play with players that will win you games.  This site needs to start banning people for unnecessary complaints. This is a forum to discuss the game and gameplay, not to complain about stuff that doesn’t matter.
