Anthony munoz doesn't get bucs chem....

Drake was cut before the regular season and never played or game or was on the active roster for the raiders....really absurd

Agreed.  As far as I can recall there has always been a line of needing to play a regular season game.  

I am sure there are many other examples across the league where guys played in the preseason but no regular season (Jerry Rice on the Broncos is one that comes to mind).  

But the raiders chems helps sell packs ….
