They usually will give you both by the end of the promo but only one can be upgraded fully. You’ll have the other as a BND backup if you like.

I wish we could buy upgrade tokens in the store for every promo like they did it in mf. Make it 30k coins per token so you’re losing 20k no matter what, and it costs the same amount as it would for a champion
