Read the last sentence in the prop's description:
"Both players must play or this event will be refunded."
I'm sure it will be refunded once Ryan scores everything for the day.

This happens from time to time, please allow me to explain.
I like to try to give a couple of days for the prop predictors to give them time to generate a pot. Especially with Monday Night Games, I try to go off the injury report but it's not always fully available when I make the predictor. I had to go off the report that the Cardinals were "preparing Murray to start" when I made it, so when that didn't happen, I had to refund the predictor.
It was refunded this morning and everyone should have their GG points back now. Hopefully this won't happen again but we always put a disclaimer that everyone must play or the event is refunded just in case.
