How do you protect yourself from a 4 double or nothing defense?

Seems like that is what everyone is running now, and my O-line gets absolutely blown up every snap.

There is no time to drop back at all, this is ridiculous...

Anyone have any strategy or O-line abilities to help mitigate this?

run the ball, make it so they cant just pass committ every play which maakes the rush go crazy

have plays that dont take long to develop

get a qb with gs or a fast release

I have to 2 edge protectors, and 1  ability on my guard. It works well on all madden settings.
