Season 2 ranked rewards

Is anyone else missing their rewards, it still says I'm 39-19 I can only start a game. Last season it gave you the option to finish event. Does anyone have feedback? I saw Madden put out that post, but I wanna see who else is struggling with this.

I don’t have mine. Their X account said not to play ranked until you get your reward so I’m sitting tight.
