just talked to EA they closed my case as no fix available and that was it...
I've been contacting EA Help frequently, and they keep telling me there is no fix for this.. And that basically, the problem isn't on their end. Ive spoke to them till I was blue in the face..
I had just completed an event, and was rewarded my candy and the 415 Undercourt Avenue Key.. This is the one that has the high chance to fumble. More like fumble every snap. I decided just to sell the key and purchase the Most Feared Undercity Starter key pack in the store for 50 candy. Nope, it's locked. It tells me that I already have a key to use, but don't. Ive searched my binder with the most feared filter.. no key. I've been to every address to join event. Can not join, any of them, as it tells me that I am missing the required item. I've restarted my PS5 several times, no luck. I have even went into safe mode, and cleared the cache and rebuilt the database with no luck. I've even uninstalled the game and reinstalled with no luck. I deleted my game save from the console.. loaded back up, and because it's server based.. my progress was still there.. and again no key, pack still locked.
It's frustrating because I haven't been able to participate in the Most Feared Trick or Treat CPU event for 8 days now .
It is affecting several people and EA is aware of it, but the EA Advisor from tonight..
