Is he just supposed to show up in our binder? or is there a set to complete?

I did complete that Evidence Set, based on what people here we're saying the clues were. But I don't know how to check if I got it right? TIA

you should have gotten a "solved" token that I believe you will submit into a set to get him

Thanks! I did get a 'Solved' token, but isn't currently able to go into any sets!?
