What theme team makes the most sense to be competitive?

I am starting my team out at the moment and am wondering what my plan should be. Any recommendations on specific theme teams to aim towards? I want the most competitive team I can get. Would it make more sense to go hybrid or full 50/50? Any help is much appreciated

Full raiders,ravens,cowboys,49ners,steelers,cowboys   With all the players that get all tram chemes its easy to get the 50 . I go based on skill position players to get the most speed in my team.
