Does long snapper have any meaningful impact on in-game performance, such as kicks or punts? I have no idea, but haven't been convinced or does anything beyond cosmetic, or +1 team chems, maybe a marketing material type bullet point they can post to social media, LOOK WHAT WE DID... great, Clint. It took you two years to get a new position group added to this AAA game. Not sure that's something to boast about, but whatever.
I'm honestly thrilled that kicking isn't automatic this year. Slightly resembles the real thing, minus those times when dudes blow through the line untouched. Buggy ass shit.
I had to give up the slow kicking meter from Cam Little, chasing my theme team, didn't have wiggle room, so I'm using 87 OVR Chase McLaughlin. Unsure of my current max range with 92 KPW, but typically it's not distance that is my issue, more so accuracy, as you so aptly pointed out. 💪

Pretty sure if you have a bad long snapper, there's a chance for a "bad snap" animation, which increases your chances of the kicker missing.
Field goal shanking is exclusively the function of the kicker's attributes and your meter power and placement.
A bad snap will give you a delayed placement of the ball for the kick, and I have only experienced one of those animations. The bigger danger is a bad snap and a block.
The best long snapper is an 84....if it really mattered maybe they'd give us new ones with the platinum upgrades
Ive never "shanked" kicks before this year
I dont know if its the new kick meter or the bad snap...but I randomly get a "slowdown" animation, similar to blocked kicks in other years
I have perfect accuracy and my kicker misses the kick by a lot...it almost goes sideways

The only reason you're shanking kicks is because you're holding the meter too long. If it goes into the red area for max power for too long it will result in a shank.
