Undercity Key Starter Pack locked.

Hey Guys i completed a cpu event but didn't receive a new undercity key leaving me with no way to complete the event objectives 

As when I try to purchase a key for 50 candy it is locked & says I have a key but actually dont & I looked tru each event & it tells me I need a key 

Is there a way to fix this or receive a new key somehow?

I had this and a key appeared after i restarted the game.

(Or else i was blind first go around)

Done this & have no key unfortunately u

So hopefully someone knows  how to obtain a key or get the key starter pack unlocked for 50 candy.

You can try filtering your binder to most feared program and maybe it's in there.

Thank you ive looked doing it by program & its definitely not there if I had a way to share pics id show ya.

Doesn’t show in binder. Go into cpu event and click on each address. One of them has the key

I just checked & none of em have a key. Im not sure what to do

Are you sure it’s not in Unopened Packs?

I hsve 0 un opened packs I think I encountered a bug where I never received a key after completing an event.

Really wish they made this obtainable another way.

And you're sure that you clicked on Season Recap under the Event you finished? Or do you have unplayed games under that event?

The way they set up these events is really funky. There's a lot of different ways to lose track of how to advance.

Do any of your CPU addresses say “Start” or “Finish”. The join ones all need a key,   The start means you still haven’t finished or finished will give you the next key pack

Do you have any recall of exactly what the last Trick-or-Treat event you played was?

Same thing here, absolutely don't have a key and can't get into any of the event games, key pack in store is locked and says I have a key but I don't. Total BS, has stopped my from playing the event completely 😭
