x factors question - how to activate?

when something like truzz on lamar says to activate rush for 1+ yards....why doesn't it say how many times you have to do it?  it's not just once right?  some of the acvtivations are vague, like sack the QB for unstoppable but not how many times....only the x-xfactors show the amount for comp and cpu

Just about every X-factor on offense is 5x whatever the objective says. Pretty sure that one is Rush 1+ yds 5x. Freight train is Rush 10 yds 5x. First one free same. Escape artist is 10 yd rushes with QB 5x. Vanguard is 10 yd catches 5x. Etc

It's like 3 for offline and 5 for comp for most X-Factors.
