Its the rare strategy x3 team chem strategy cards. Click into view it. You can upgrade it like other elite cards in madden for 5 training. Its the only strategy cards you can upgrade that i know of. It opens a slot where you get a plus 1 boost to any stat you choose that's not a physical trait. So no speed or acceleration. For instance i have the x3 chiefs card. I selected throw power and mahomes now has 95
