Currently capable of 58 Ravens TT with all O/D/ST positions filled with ravens chem players activated, rare ravens strategy item, and team builders players. With epic strategy it would be 59. So am I correct in my thinking that we can’t achieve full 60 TT until legendary strategy items or more team builders drop?

Not entirely certain, but do you actually care about that +1 TAK/JMP/DRR? It could not be less impactful from a pure gameplay scenario. Hence why most folks are stacking 50 TT + 20 flavor of the week. Having +5 SPD on Randy Moss and ShapeShifters is way too good to give up.
I'm sorry I do not know if it's technically feasible, hopefully someone can help you figure that out. Perhaps we need another Team Builder round before that's possible... but again, back to the why bother?

To answer your question quickly, no, it's not possible yet.
Earliest possible opportunity given your team buildup will be when Team Diamonds starts. The Ravens TD card might get you to 60/60 if they are x3 chemistry.

You should be able to I think? May be wrong but arent you allowed 55 players? Plus TT strat is +3 Plus 2 TBs is another +2 is 60. I could be wrong about the 55 stock players though

53 players + 2 additional Team Builder credits + Team Strategy card (1 common / 2 uncommon / 3 rare / 4 epic) mean the max you can currently get is 59/60. Team Builders 3 might release this coming week, and Team Diamonds not far off. Plus it’s possible the next OVR upgrade for Team Captain opens an additional +1 chem.

Facts! Moss and shape shifter are just so much better than everyone else. Although moss' spin is not that good now. I took off spin cycle.

Thanks for pro-tip. Was just debating giving up Master Tactician in favor of something else, going back to Gunslinger and perhaps some O-line abilities to try and counter all the DoN spam.
You spared me some trial and error, wasting AP on Spin to win.
