Spooky pack contents?

I received 2 spooky packs now as rewards for levels/challenges .

Each pack contained 0 players, but a single 25k candy quicksell.

It doesnt seem to match description of the spooky pack in the store. Did I get lucky or shafted or normal?

I feel like getting 50k candy is pretty lucky, what should I do with it to maximize its value?

For the Candy, max out most/all of the upgradable players and then get BND champs/heroes.

I bought the 90 mf champ with the candy.  Think it was like 52k. Chose lamar and sold him immediately  for 499k.

So turned that 50k candy into 450k. That coin went a long way for my nms bears theme team, especially since I just started playing 2 weeks ago.

I went the other way on this. I selected the Randy Moss and Chris Jones items BND, and a couple theme team linemen as heroes. Then I've purchased the tokens. I did it this way only because you have only a week before the BND opportunities refresh. Also, it's uncertain whether I'll be able to effectively use more than three sets of tokens once the Most Feared boosts are rolled back a week from now.

Jack Shit gets chunky chem, liquid chem or a hybrid chem.

This is correct. Sorry. I generally speak very precisely. Two Thursdays from now isn't exactly "a week".

Haha I was worried for a second. I like this promo. First time for me because usually I start Madden after Christmas. It's way better starting at the beginning. Much more costly but worth it.

I've put more grind in this MUT than in past years, but there's something satisfying about being somewhat competitive in October. To have a three-win streak going in Head-to-Head is unusual for me. Having a lineup OVR higher than the current champion OVR helps, and that wouldn't be possible without the Most Feared chemistries and a little bit of coin spending flexibility.
