1) yes. Kicker and punter and long snapper only.
2) yes, ignore the symbol
3) my TT is a cracked 90 ovr (Bears with all crystals(6))
4) a tall safety as a SubLB. Use the Shapeshifter or another card with good COD/Spd/Height

Man, you need the Season 1, 2, and 3 players which you can’t get unless you played during those Seasons and upgraded the players.

Also can players give you chemistry at multiple positions. Like if I have shapeshifter as back up to multiple positions will he give chem at all of them?

Parsons doesn’t give x2 chemistry. He has one chemistry slot that affects the chemistry number and another slot which affects the crystal chemistry only.

Yes. One slot for the team chemistry and one slot for crystal chemistry which you can stack with the other 2 crystal players (Barkley and Surtain) to give additional boosts to your team. But this chemistry is completely different to the team chemistry.
